This placeholder policy explains how AROSH will handle enquiry information during Phase 1. Final legal wording should be reviewed before production launch.

We may collect name, company, phone or WhatsApp number, optional email, delivery city, quantity, budget and enquiry details so we can respond to corporate gifting requests.

We use this data only for enquiry handling and related business communication unless separate marketing consent is collected.

Lead data will be stored securely and access will be limited to the AROSH team members who need it for enquiry response and fulfilment planning.
